NATA EXAM ELIGIBILITY
Nata 2024 is a national level aptitude test for admission to first year of 5 year B.Arch degree program. Nata 2024 will be conducted on all weekends starting from April to July, 2024 in two sessions subject to number of candidates registered for the session. Candidates fulfiling the below criteria prescribed by the council can appear for Nata 2024:
For 10+2 Students

Candidates should note that Nata 2024 serves as the qualifying Aptitude Test for admission to B.Arch programs offered by Universities/Colleges in India.
Qualifying in Nata 2024 does not guarantee admission to any architecture course for the candidate.
Admission is subject to meeting all the requirements specified by respective competent authorities, in compliance with the eligibility criteria laid down by the Council.

Admission to First Year of B.Arch Course
The eligibility for admission to the first year of the B.Arch Degree program for the academic session 2024-25 will follow the CoA (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education) Regulations, 2020.
Candidates who have fulfilled the following conditions shall only be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
For 10+2 Students

Marks Required | Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics & also minimum 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 examination |

For Diploma Students

Qualifying Exam | Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination & Nata |
Subjects Required | Mathematics subjects is required |

No Lateral Admission is allowed at any other year of B.Arch course based on any qualifications
(*proposal for amendment in above eligibility criteria has been submitted for approval of the Central Government. The revision in eligibility, if any, shall be notified on www.nata.in upon approval)
Nata Exam Eligibility Age Limit
No Age Limit has been specified to appear for Nata.
However, aspiring candidates must check the eligibility criteria to appear for Nata & the criteria laid down by CoA for admission to first year of B.Arch Course, before applying for Nata 2024.
Nata Eligibility for International/NRI Candidates
For candidates with International or NRI status, the eligibility for Nata is similar to those for Indian Nationals.
Nata Eligibility for OBC/Reserved Categories
Reservation & relaxation in qualifying marks for reserved categories for admission purposes are determined by Admission/ Counselling Authority.
It does not fall under the purview of Nata Examination
