NID Jorhat, Assam
The National Institute of Design Assam is an autonomous Institution of National Importance engaged in spreading design education, research and practice.
The Institute is under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India. NID Jorhat commenced its academic session from 29th July, 2019 in three programmes.
The National Institute of Design Jorhat offers full-time four years B Des programme with specialization streams of Industrial Design, Communication Design and Textile & Apparel Design with a multidisciplinary approach to design education.

The National Institute of Design Jorhat Assam Campus is spread across 30 acres of land and architecturally indigenous in character.

NID Jorhat Admission 2024
NID Jorhat, Assam application process has started on 8 September, 2023 and ends on 1 December 2023. Apply Here
Admission at NID, Assam will be based on the common Design Aptitude Test (DAT).
NID DAT is conducted in two stages: NID DAT Prelims and NID DAT Mains.
NID DAT Prelims is a pen/pencil & paper based test & will be held on December 24, 2023.
